1. Agreement to Terms

Quill Business Studio provides marketing strategy, branding, creative services, website development, CRM setup, automation consulting, and related digital services.

All services are customized and provided based on information supplied by the client. Results are not guaranteed, as outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including client participation, market conditions, and third-party platforms.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information

Respond to requests in a timely manner

Review deliverables promptly and provide feedback

Maintain access credentials for third-party platforms connected to services

Delays caused by missing information or approvals may impact timelines.

4. Payments & Fees

All pricing, payment schedules, and onboarding fees are agreed upon prior to work beginning
Payments are non-refundable once services have started, unless otherwise stated in writing
Subscription services must be canceled according to the agreed notice period
Failure to submit payment may result in paused or terminated services.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Final deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment
Quill Business Studio retains the right to display work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials
Drafts, concepts, and unused materials remain the property of Quill Business Studio.

6. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

Quill Business Studio may work with or configure third-party platforms (including CRM systems, email providers, hosting services, and automation tools). We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or actions taken by third-party providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

Quill Business Studio is not liable for:

Loss of revenue, profits, or data

Business interruptions

Errors caused by inaccurate client information

Changes made by third-party platforms

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services rendered.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice in accordance with the agreed service terms. Any outstanding balances remain due upon termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska.

10. Changes to Terms

Quill Business Studio reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
